Personal injury litigation paralegal needed for small law firm located near Westpark Tollway and Grand Parkway
in Richmond, Texas.
+Must have at least 10 years experience as a paralegal in complex litigation.
+ABA/NALA paralegal certification highly preferred if no BA/BS degree earned.
+Must be an excellent writer who is strong in grammar.
+Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
+Strong computer skills, including WordPerfect, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Professional.
+Experience with Needles Case Management Software a strong plus.
Job will include writing and answering discovery, drafting motions, organizing medical records and exhibits, trial
preparation, client communication, deposition prep and research. Will work alongside admin assistant of 30+
years who does all dictation, scheduling, and filing.
